Healing Back Pain: The Mind Body Solution and Postural Restoration

I always wondered why I had success in resolving a bout of back pain in my early 20s using John Sarno's book, and likewise had success with Postural Restoration with all my other issues.

Now I realize that both address the autonomic nervous system, and both cause an interruption to a pattern: a mental pattern of fear (Sarno) and a physical pattern of movement (PRI), and I have no doubt that there is great overlap between the two since you can't really separate the mental from the physical.
