The key to resolving bodily pain is muscle inhibition. You have to turn overactive muscles "off".
The most commonly overactive muscles are: anterior neck muscles on the right, ribcage on the right, lower back muscles on the left and/or right, and hip flexors on the left.
This is often due to the left AIC/right BC/right TMCC patterns of muscular activity which REFLECT a body that has a pelvis oriented to the right and a torso that is counter-rotation back to the left to stay straight. This pattern of muscular over-activity positions our center of mass to the right more than the left.
It also reflects a body that can't inhibit, or turn off, it's over-active muscles.
Quite often people need to sense the right medial arch of their right foot to turn off these over-active muscles. This video explains why.
