This video describes how a neck pain can be related to what's going on at the pelvis. It has to do with breathing. When we can't breathe correctly because of the Left AIC pattern (left hemi-pelvis forward compared to the right and left anterior rib cage elevated) we can't use our left diaphragm effectively. Our brain then recruits accessory muscles in the neck to help us breathe. This is not a desirable state of affairs.
