Abs and Hamstrings. Internal obliques, transverse abdominals and hamstrings to be more exact.
These muscles are essential to getting us out of extension patterns, anterior tilts and rib flares in the sagittal plane.
But here is the catch....
They must be coordinated with proper breathing or it won't be effective. Otherwise you are just strengthening muscles in a dysfunctional pattern.
